Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher or at the time of purchase. Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed in store at Burgeroo only, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and cannot be accepted after the expiry date.

Gift vouchers may be used as full or part payment towards the purchase of any food or drink items available in-store, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance will remain on the voucher and may be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment. Change will not be given for purchases made with a voucher.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded in these circumstances.

Where the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance may be retained and used on a future visit prior to expiry.

Unless agreed by management, only one voucher may be used per transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a voucher where we reasonably believe it has been forged, duplicated, tampered with or obtained fraudulently.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available in store and on our website.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the loss, theft, or unauthorised use of a gift voucher.
